Purchased Video Delivery:
All products are delivered digitally. After successful payment you will receive the download link mentioned on the payment receipt via email after purchase.
Two emails are sent through Razorpay:

• Second email: with the download link mentioned on the payment receipt

What if I lose the download link?
Lost Download Link:
If you lose access to your download link or cannot find the email, please contact us at graphics29videos@gmail.com with your video search ID (for example: ae4jrvn) and we will assist you in retrieving your download.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on Graphics29 are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded.
However, if you experience a technical issue with your purchase, we will provide a replacement or corrected file.
Eligible Replacement Cases-
You may request a replacement if:
The file is corrupted
The file is incomplete
The download link did not work
An incorrect file was delivered
Please contact us with your payment details or receipt, and we will assist you.
License Grant:
When you purchase a video from Graphics29, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the video under the terms below.
Permitted Use -

Ownership -
All motion graphics video files remain the intellectual property of Graphics29.
Only usage rights are granted to the purchaser; ownership is not transferred.
Non-Exclusive Content:
All videos sold on Graphics29.com are non-exclusive and may be purchased by multiple customers. Exclusive rights are not included unless stated otherwise. Your purchase includes commercial usage rights under the standard license.
Commercial Authorization:
All videos sold on Graphics29.com are original works created by Graphics29 and are authorized for commercial licensing. Customers are permitted to use the purchased videos for commercial purposes in accordance with the standard license terms outlined in the License Grant section above.
Intellectual Property:
All content on Graphics29.com, including but not limited to videos, graphics, text, and design elements, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
